CONTRACT ATTORNEY (IMMEDIATE HIRE)

Are you 1–3 years into your legal career and ready to build a serious book of work on your own terms? We're a boutique civil litigation firm in Brentwood, TN looking for a sharp, self-driven attorney who wants to hustle, learn fast, and earn well.

This is a 1099 contract role starting at 10–20 hours per week with real room to grow. Do the math: at our rates, a motivated attorney can clear $100K+ working part-time hours. We cover malpractice insurance. You keep the flexibility.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Handle real litigation from day one. Practice areas include general civil litigation, real estate, and business law across general sessions, chancery, circuit court, and court of appeals. You'll research, draft, negotiate, and appear in court. We want someone who's already comfortable on their feet and has seen the inside of a courtroom.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1–3 years of litigation experience (civil preferred)

• Active Tennessee law license (required)

• Local to Middle Tennessee (court appearances are mandatory)

• Familiar with Tennessee rules of procedure and local court rules

• Strong writer, quick thinker, capable of managing your own caseload

• You don't need your hand held. You need opportunity.
