Bennett J. Wills is the founder and managing attorney of Wills Law, PLLC. His practice centers on business and real estate litigation and on serving as fractional general counsel to companies, developers, investors, and real estate professionals. He also represents clients in collections and judgment enforcement, landlord matters, construction disputes, appeals, and mediation and arbitration.

Bennett has represented clients in Tennessee general sessions, chancery, circuit, and appellate courts and in federal court. He is known for meticulous attention to detail and a strategic, practical approach that keeps each client’s business goals at the center of the legal plan.
